About Hopalong Hollow
Hopalong Hollow is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in 2004. Since its founding, they have placed over 2,000 rabbits and other small animals into new homes and safe foster care. They work with many animal rescue organizations to help get small animals the most knowledgeable care possible. Their goal is to help “rehabilitate and re-home” abandoned and neglected animals into “forever homes.” They aim to give all their animals a second chance at life. Rabbits are spayed or neutered before adoption to help reduce the number of homeless animals due to accidental breeding.
In addition to their rescue efforts, they also help educate on proper care for small animals (particularly rabbits) to create long-lasting, positive relationships between pets and owners. They provide education for any adopting families, as well as through events at pet stores, local zoos and area schools.
Just Us Bunnies supports these missions. At least 25% of net proceeds from sales at this site go to benefit Hopalong Hollow.
